Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Satya Sankalpah affiliate platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing, or using the Satya Sankalpah platform ("Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer, and any offer-specific terms communicated to you. If you do not agree, do not register or use the Platform.
2. Eligibility & Registration
The Platform is available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and to legally authorised representatives of businesses, subject to applicable law, location restrictions, and any required approval or KYC checks. Prior experience, a minimum follower count, or a minimum traffic volume is not required unless a specific offer says otherwise.
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and current information during registration including your real name, valid email address, and correct payment details.
- Each person or entity may register and operate only one account unless Satya Sankalpah has given explicit written approval for multiple accounts.
- Satya Sankalpah may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate an account where there is a breach of these Terms, a security or fraud concern, an advertiser or legal requirement, or another legitimate operational reason. We will provide notice where practicable, but may act immediately when necessary to protect the Platform or users.
- Providing false identity or payment information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all pending earnings.
3. Affiliate Conduct & Permitted Promotional Methods
As a registered affiliate on Satya Sankalpah, you agree to:
- Promote offers only through the traffic sources and methods explicitly permitted in each offer's description.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and be solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Not misrepresent the nature, terms, or benefits of any advertiser's product or service to end users.
- Comply with all guidelines set by third-party advertising platforms (including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) when running paid campaigns.
- Not engage in unsolicited messaging, spam, or bulk SMS/email marketing unless expressly permitted and compliant with applicable law.
4. Campaign Models & Offers
Satya Sankalpah supports the following campaign models: CPA (Cost Per Action), CPL (Cost Per Lead), CPI (Cost Per Install), CPS (Cost Per Sale), CPC (Cost Per Click), CPR (Cost Per Registration), and CPD (Cost Per Download). Each offer on the Platform specifies:
- The applicable campaign model and payout amount.
- Permitted traffic sources and geographic restrictions.
- Any conversion caps, approval criteria, and hold periods.
Satya Sankalpah may modify offer payouts, caps, traffic rules, or availability based on advertiser instructions or operational requirements. Changes should be published or communicated before they apply to new traffic and will not change conversions already validated and approved.
5. Fraud Detection, Suspicious Activity & Account Actions
Satya Sankalpah monitors Platform activity using automated detection systems and manual review. Accounts or conversions associated with suspected fraud may be placed on hold or suspended while the matter is investigated. Confirmed fraudulent or invalid activity may lead to termination and reversal of affected commissions, subject to these Terms and applicable law.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute fraud under these Terms:
- Fake / Self-Generated Conversions: Clicking your own affiliate links, filling your own lead forms, installing your own promoted app, or purchasing through your own referral link with the intent to earn commission.
- Bot Traffic & Automated Clicks: Using bots, click farms, scripts, automated tools, headless browsers, or any non-human mechanism to generate clicks, impressions, installs, or conversions.
- Incentivized Traffic Where Prohibited: Offering cash, gifts, rewards, or any incentive to end users to complete an action, unless the specific offer explicitly permits incentivized traffic.
- Cookie Stuffing / Cookie Dropping: Placing affiliate tracking cookies on users' devices without their knowledge or genuine interaction with your promotional content.
- Click Injection / Click Flooding: Triggering install attribution clicks just before an app install is completed, or flooding attribution windows with illegitimate clicks to claim credit for organic or competitor-driven installs.
- Device Emulation & Fake Installs: Using emulators, virtual machines, rooted devices, or device farms to simulate app installs or registrations.
- Duplicate / Recycled Leads: Submitting the same lead, email, phone number, or user data multiple times across the same or different offers.
- Misleading Advertising: Running ads that falsely claim the promoted product is free, government-endorsed, or guaranteed — or using ad creatives that are deceptive, prohibited by the advertiser, or illegal.
- Traffic Source Misrepresentation: Claiming to use permitted traffic sources (e.g. SEO, social) while actually running prohibited methods (e.g. pop-unders, adult traffic, toolbars) to generate conversions.
- Multiple Account Abuse: Creating or operating multiple accounts to circumvent offer caps, bans, payout restrictions, or traffic rules.
- Tracking Manipulation: Attempting to modify, intercept, or spoof postback URLs, tracking tokens, or conversion pixels to claim invalid or duplicate commissions.
- Brand Bidding Where Prohibited: Running paid search campaigns on branded keywords of the advertiser without their explicit written permission, where this is listed as restricted in the offer terms.
5.1 — How Fraud Is Detected
Satya Sankalpah employs the following methods to detect fraud and suspicious activity on an ongoing basis:
- Automated Traffic Analysis: Real-time monitoring of click patterns, conversion rates, IP addresses, device fingerprints, user agents, and time-to-conversion intervals.
- Advertiser Reconciliation: Periodic reconciliation of Satya Sankalpah's conversion data against advertiser-side data. Conversions that do not match advertiser records are flagged for review.
- Anomaly Detection: Unusual spikes in traffic volume, abnormally high conversion rates (CTR-to-conversion ratios inconsistent with legitimate traffic), or patterns that deviate from historical baseline are automatically flagged.
- Sub-ID & Source Analysis: Deep analysis of traffic sub-IDs, referral sources, and postback data to identify patterns associated with bot traffic, click farms, or prohibited sources.
- Third-Party Fraud Tools: Satya Sankalpah may use third-party fraud detection and traffic quality tools to supplement internal monitoring.
- Manual Review: Our team manually reviews flagged accounts, offer performance data, and suspicious conversion patterns at regular intervals and in response to advertiser disputes.
5.2 — Actions Taken Upon Detection
When fraud or suspicious activity is detected, Satya Sankalpah may take any or all of the following actions, depending on the severity of the violation:
- Immediate Suspension: Your account access is suspended pending investigation, with no prior notice required.
- Commission Hold: All pending commissions are placed on hold during investigation. Conversion payments are not released until the investigation is resolved.
- Commission Reversal: Commissions linked to confirmed fraudulent or invalid conversions may be reversed or withheld, including amounts previously credited where permitted by applicable law. Valid, undisputed commissions are not affected by this clause.
- Permanent Ban: Accounts confirmed to have engaged in deliberate fraud will be permanently banned. All associated email addresses, device fingerprints, IP addresses, and bank accounts may be blacklisted to prevent re-registration.
- Chargeback of Paid Earnings: If fraudulent commissions have already been paid out, Satya Sankalpah reserves the right to recover those amounts through legal means.
- Reporting to Authorities: In cases of deliberate, large-scale fraud, Satya Sankalpah reserves the right to report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities and pursue criminal or civil legal action under applicable Indian law.
5.3 — Applicable Indian Laws on Fraud & Cybercrime
Affiliates are advised that fraudulent activity on digital platforms is not merely a violation of these Terms — it may constitute a criminal offence under Indian law. The following legal provisions are relevant:
- Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act) — Section 66 (Computer-related offences including unauthorized data manipulation and hacking), Section 66C (Identity theft using digital means), Section 66D (Cheating by personation using computer resources). Offences under this Act are punishable with imprisonment up to 3 years and/or fines.
- Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) / Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS) — Sections relating to cheating (Section 420 IPC / Section 318 BNS), criminal breach of trust (Section 405–406 IPC / Section 316 BNS), and forgery (Section 463–465 IPC / Section 336 BNS). Fraudulent manipulation of digital systems to obtain financial gain may attract these provisions.
- Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA) — PMLA provisions may apply only where the statutory requirements for a scheduled offence and proceeds of crime are met. This is not a statement that every affiliate dispute or policy violation falls under the PMLA.
- Consumer Protection Act, 2019 — Misleading advertising or false representations made to end consumers as part of affiliate promotions may attract liability under this Act.
- Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI) Guidelines — All affiliate promotional content must comply with ASCI guidelines on honest and non-misleading advertising. Satya Sankalpah may take action against affiliates whose ad creatives violate ASCI standards.
By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that fraudulent activity on the Satya Sankalpah platform may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability under the laws referenced above, in addition to the account-level actions described in Section 5.2.
6. Commissions, Validation & Payment
- Commissions are credited to your account balance only after the corresponding conversion has been validated and approved by the relevant advertiser.
- Conversion validity is assessed using advertiser data and our internal tracking. If you dispute a decision, contact support within 15 days with the relevant details so the decision can be reviewed.
- Approved commissions are paid weekly to your registered bank account via NEFT/IMPS, subject to meeting the minimum withdrawal threshold displayed in the Wallet section.
- You are solely responsible for providing accurate payment details. Satya Sankalpah is not liable for funds lost due to incorrect bank account or UPI information provided by you.
- Any applicable taxes on your affiliate earnings (including income tax, GST where applicable) are your sole responsibility. Satya Sankalpah does not withhold or file taxes on your behalf.
7. Cashback Campaigns
Access to the Cashback Campaign module may be offered to selected affiliates based on performance, traffic quality, account standing, and campaign requirements. Satya Sankalpah may change or revoke access prospectively where operationally necessary. Cashback commissions remain subject to the same validation rules; if an underlying conversion is reversed or found invalid, the related cashback commission may be adjusted.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, trademarks, logos, software, and platform interfaces associated with Satya Sankalpah remain the exclusive property of Satya Sankalpah and its licensors. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use approved promotional creatives solely for the purpose of promoting authorised offers through the Platform. No rights are transferred to you beyond what is expressly stated.
9. Suspension & Termination
Satya Sankalpah may suspend or permanently terminate any affiliate account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, advertiser complaints, or at Satya Sankalpah's discretion. Upon termination:
- Access to the Platform is immediately revoked.
- Commissions earned through fraudulent, invalid, or policy-violating activity are forfeited without compensation.
- Legitimate, validated commissions (subject to ongoing investigation findings) will be processed in accordance with the standard payment cycle, at Satya Sankalpah's discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
Satya Sankalpah provides the Platform "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or guaranteed earnings. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Satya Sankalpah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, data, or business opportunities.
11. Changes to Terms
Satya Sankalpah may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Platform, law, or business operations. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from or connected with the Platform will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction over Satya Sankalpah's registered office, subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law. The parties may also agree to an appropriate alternative dispute-resolution process.
